Desserts
If you are into desserts and all things sweet, you can’t miss any of these, all of them Brazilian, all very, very sweet. (Sugar was so common in colonial Brazil that it had be used in abundance).

Cocada
Coconut slivers connect by sugar and love. Available in regular or burnt coconut flavours.

Beiju
A tapioca pancake filled with condensed milk, doce de leite or honey. Awesome.

Brigadeiro
Condensed milk meets chocolate on the stove, then is rolled into a ball and sprinkled with…chocolate sprinkles… must try.

Pudim de Leite
Just like a “flan”, but sweeter.

Pudim de Clara
Before egg whites and sugar become a meringue, it becomes a pudim de clara, a very soft, sweet and airy pudim. A must for sweet-toothed people.

Doce de leite de Cabra
Clumpy goat milk doce de leite (caramel’s rich cousin), eaten with cheese.

Fruit Salad
If you are not into sweet stuff, then a tropical fruit salad is in order.

Cuscus
Tapioca pudding in a stiffer form, topped with happiness` very own condensed milk.

Doce de Goiaba
It’s not an ear, but sweet guava preserve in syrup. Eat it with cheese.
